1. Is Video Professor appropriate for children of all ages? Yes! Video Professor is appropriate for people of all ages!


2. Will Video Professor give me a discount if I am ordering a large number of discs for a school? Yes, we will! If you decide to order 12 or more lessons, we will cut the price for you by nearly $30 per lesson.

4. Are Video Professor CDs compatible with both Macintosh and PC computers? Video Professor tutorials are only compatible with PC computers, but we are in the developmental stages of creating Mac-compatible tutorials.


5. If I need to talk to a Video Professor representative about troubleshooting, what number should I call? Call our friendly Video Professor customer service staff at 1-800-525-7763. Our call center is open Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-9 p.m. MST, Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m. MST, Saturday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. MST, and we are closed Sunday.


6. Does Video Professor accept all the major credit cards for payment? Yes, we do! We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and Diners Club.


7. Does Video Professor sell its tutorials in languages other than English? Yes! Currently, you can get select Video Professor tutorials in Spanish as well! Video Professor now offers 10 tutorials in Spanish.


8. How often does Video Professor update its tutorials? Here at Video Professor we update Quicken®, QuickBooks®, and Money every year, so you are getting and learning the newest versions of these programs. For our other titles, we update as new versions are released.


9. Our school has a limited budget; do all the lessons cost the same? All Video Professor lessons cost the same, but when you buy in bulk, there is a discounted rate.
